These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jelliflow's website, web application, Chrome browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Jelliflow provides a platform for creating, managing, and deploying user onboarding flows and product tours. Our Service includes:

• A web application for designing and managing onboarding journeys
• A Chrome browser extension for recording user interactions
• AI-powered journey generation from recorded user flows
• Analytics and insights on journey performance
• Integration capabilities with your web applications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

When using our Chrome extension to record user flows, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to record interactions on the websites you are recording. You agree not to record sensitive personal information, financial data, or any information you are not authorized to access.

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Jelliflow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. 7. Payment and Billing

7.1 Subscription Plans

Jelliflow offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan.

7.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees owed. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is received.

7.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription.

7.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

• We may delete your account and User Content
• You will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sweden.
